Automatic fill up
An integrated DAP can fill up solution tank in automatic way if required, instead of manual dissolve and fill the tank.
Central control
A central flowmeter and level controls are connected to control panel which control activity of brine distribution. Pipeline is kept with full of solution. Central control unit just opens and closes valves to fill side tank for required ready to use solution.
Ready to use
Dissolved form of the powder chemicals (Brine) is another fast way to use them. Brine solution is taken from common ring line to the dye machines as ready to use.
